Handcraft Folklore Festival in Tbilisi!
There will be held folk Festival in Open Air Museum of Tbilisi where Georgians from difference provinces will perform handicraft exhibitions including handmade textile and felt production, ancient musical instruments, chasing metal, pottery making performance, also ritual and celebrating songs, based on harmony of polyphony, folk dance...
All these traditional handicraft has been successfully continued by Georgians passing the knowledge from generation to generation.
Festival starts on 20th of June and lasts until 27th of Jule!

The Physical Rehabilitation Center BORJOMIS KHEOBA
The Physical Rehabilitation Center BORJOMIS KHEOBA, meaning "Borjomi Gorge" in English, has opened its doors to visitors. It is constructed by BORJOMIS KHEOBA administration and the David Tatishvili medical Center.
The 21 comfortable rooms that are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors all include: Bathroom facilities; Satellite TV with 20 channels; Mini-Bar; Telephone (internal network) and 24 hour hot water and electricity; Internet access is also available for guests.

Summer season was open by USA President Bush, his wife and two planes full with travel companions! who arrived in TBS international airport late afternoon on 9th of May. “Tourists” enjoyed welcome party in downtown of Tbilisi and participated in local performance with great joy.

Lufthansa will launch scheduled flights to Tbilisi from June 5, 2005
Lufthansa will offer three flights a week between Tbilisi and Munich operating the modern and comfortable Airbus A319 aircraft.
The flights will depart from Munich at 21:10 local time on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays with the arrival at Tbilisi at 02:55 local time on the following day.
The airline will operate flights from Tbilisi to Munich on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with departure at 03:55 local time and arrival at 06:00 local time.

Leopards returned to Georgia
There was found a leopard by Georgian zoologists with the help of a hidden camera on the territory of Vashlovan Preserve in the east of Georgia. As it supposed, the leopard wandered into the territory of Georgia from Northern Caucasus. Scientists believe that the leopard pictured by the camera and named Neo, is not the only one in the Vashlovan preserve but is accompanied by his pride congeners.

New way to get to Georgia
There was opened regular ferry transportation of passengers between Georgia and the Ukraine. provided by marine company "Ukrferry".
The route Ilichevsk - Poti is served by a comfortable international class 120-seat passenger ferry "Gracefald".
In future the ferry crossings will link the Georgian ports with ports of Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia and other destinations.
