FREE WHEELING IN GEORGIA

It said that the first wheel was discovered by Sumerians thousand centuries ago and the shape of the first bike was composed by Fischer later in the 19th century. Since then, more and more people have enjoyed the advantages of this nature-friendly transportation.

Due to geographical advantages, surrounded by the Great Caucasus range, with stunning gorges full of clean and fast rivers and a variety of landscapes, Georgia presents the excellent destination for the lovers of wind by bike through the charming nature.

The biker’s tour starts from the heart of Georgia, Tbilisi through the picturesque valleys and forests, over the exciting passes of Trialeti Plateau and along the impressive gorges of Borjomi, Ksani, Aragvi and Terek. And more over – in one day you will freewheel from Asia to Europe, by crossing the Great Caucasus Range, which is the geographical border of Europe and Asia, at the altitude of 2379 m.

While in Georgia, free wheeling lovers will also have a great chance to discover the rare species of flora and fauna, explore historical land, and enjoy the opportunity of picnics with healthy traditional food and Georgian hospitality.
